M/s Anil Kumar & Brothers has been making REAL masala in Bhopal since 1996. It started the way most spice businesses here start: one mill, a handful of loyal shopkeepers, and a reputation built one kilo at a time.

The method hasn't loosened since. Whole spices come in, get cleaned and sorted, and are ground at low temperature so the oils stay where they belong. Nothing gets coloured to look better than it is.

Today REAL supplies homes, kirana stores, namkeen manufacturers and caterers across Madhya Pradesh.

Our process

From whole spice to sealed pack.

Sourcing

Whole chilli, coriander seed and turmeric fingers bought by grade from Indian growing belts.

Cleaning

Stems, stones and light matter removed before anything reaches the mill.

Cool grinding

Ground slow and cool so the essential oils survive the mill.

Sieving

Each product screened to its own fineness: dhaniya coarser, haldi fine and even.

Packing

Sealed in-house under FSSAI licence, batch-coded, dispatched from Chhola Road.
